Hardly any wait time. Team member came over and waited on me instead of his colleague finishing up with another customer. He took initiative. Very smart way of doing business. I came to drop off a box to return hassle -free.

I sent my picture to via email to the store for printing on canvas. Unlike my first order no one called to confirm receipt of my email, no one sent a copy for proofing, no one called to tell me my order was ready. Picture came out fantastic!!!! Just amazed the service level was so poor compared to ~10 days prior
