I purchased some phone charging items as well as Tree-Free Paper. I love the large selection of device charging products, many of which can not be found even at a Verizon or Apple Store. I'm also a large fan of the Tree Frog paper, being an environmentalist. I often sneak it into the printer at work. Caleb provided excellent service at check-out, adding a little humor to the transaction.

Val received an order for a "proof" copy to print. She was very patient asking many questions to ensure I would be happy with the print job. Her questions defined all the parameters for printing. Some of these included printing blank pages within the document, and adjusting print for copy of black and white and color pages. She was pleasant, and in addition, I had asked for the examination copy...

Caleb was really helpful and fun to talk to. He was friendly and helped make shipping out my 80lb package very easy. I didn't have to lift it onto the small scale he took it in back and weighed it himself. I would definitely recommend this FedEx location to a friend. Thanks so much for your great service!

Janine was very kind, polite, and willing to do whatever it would take to make my print order complete. I had a huge print order, and she was very patient completing the entire order; I never felt my order was rushed. Janine also had to multi-task by assisting other customers while still paying attention to my order. She made nice suggestions for paper selection, too.
