Bottom line at the top: they've really improved, give them a shot. 999x better than the atrocious location on Fig.--Came here to have a report spiral bound and I got it down in two seconds! They are really accommodating on crazy project days and hustle to help you get on your way and turn in your stuff. Wooot :)
