Very poor service. Going back to using UPS

Very unhappy with your service or lack of it. Sent a package to Canton TX Wed and twice it's been sent back to Tyler TX. This time because of weather!? No bad weather there so what's the problem? I changed to FedEx because of savings from UPS. At least they got the package there on time. I guess you get what you pay for. Going back to UPS!
