I didn't get the name of the associate who helped me but I was shipping some framed artwork with glass and when she took the artwork from me she had her fingers on the glass and didn't seem to care much about it until I asked her to not touch the glass on the pieces. Erica is amazing. Kurt is always very helpful. My orders are always perfect and on time. They always great me warmly with a smile. They don't look at me weird even though I dress awkwardly.

Kurt was so helpful. We had a complicated order and several files to pull from for some "can't afford to mess up" wedding materials. He ran a proof for each one, advised us of how to make it better, what the limitations of the processes were and was just so helpful.
