Despite the fact that A4 paper wasn't available at the print center, Calief and his colleague really tried their best on making sure I had the needed paper dimensions. I walked out of the center a happy customer since they patiently went out of their way to accommodate my request and was able to succeed in printing out 57-plus pages in A4 size.

Blanca was terrific. I tried to have printed at the other Katy location that was 1/2 mile from hotel I was staying and counter staff was not very friendly nor helpful re: getting my project printed by closing. Matthew helped us . We have never used fed ex before , so we were unsure of what to do. Matthew made us feel comfortable and secure , since the transaction involved important closing papers on our property. This is extremely comforting, knowing that they care. By the way, I checked and the transaction went off perfectly. I will use this office again !

Esmeralda greeted us as soon as we walked through the door with a welcoming smile. She made my first time experience extremely easy. I believe my package is in good hands thanks to FedEx Express and great customer service. Would highly recommend to others and will be using for any future shipping.
