Even though it is hidden and small - there is a storefront! Derrick was super helpful and pleasant to deal with! Probably the easiest shipping I've ever done!

Zero stars -- lazy staff who don't greet you when you enter or help with printing. Umm, it is a tiny little FedEx shop -- we will be breathing the same air. At least be nice & welcoming!...
