I visited the FedEx office Center to print off a document. It was a very pleasant experience because Chau helped me quickly and efficiently. I continue to visit this location because of the great customer service that Chau provides. The friendly demeanor of the staff will definitely make me return the next time I need to ship a package or print another document off.

Today was Saturday and at 5 PM I found out that I needed to ship a package that would arrive by Tuesday morning. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly face and smile. I had a commercial package that need to be delivered overnight international to a Canadian address. Ragan was very helpful in helping me fill out the necessary documents and created a label for me. Even when there was an error on the forms she was happy to redo the process to correct the error. It was very excellent customer service.

Ragan waited on me and had an outstanding personality and expressed a genuine interest in my needs. I would go out of my way to use Fedex services again due to her fine example.
