great service for printing but slow internet

Served by Shereen. She was extremely courteous , patient, and helpful in me as I had no idea of what I needed or how to do anything. She cheerfully walked me thru everything to process a purchase and two separate mailings. She definitely improved my day
The actually handled two orders for me. One was an online order that when I tried to complete it alone I found to be irritatingly confusing, but which they then handled extremely efficiently on the phone. (please make your online order form less tedious and more compatible) They then delivered it as promised to the hotel where I was staying. My second order was an in-store order and once again...
