Helen was awesome! We had a frustrating experience just moments before at Staples and was unsure what Fed Ex could do for us. She allowed us to email our images to her and then let us edit them on her computer! She never made us feel like we were being bothersome. With our small business, we will do all of our printing here from now on!
Joshua C. is extremely professional and very pleasant. He knows well the business, and I've always enjoyed his assisting me with monthly printing and Fedex needs.... Attaboy Josh!
Karen was wonderful! I needed help with a couple hefty documents and she made the experience easy and enjoyable. Karen is so knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure I was prepared for my next shipment as well. I feel like she really cared about my package.
