The individual helping me had a great understanding of my needs and was very accommodating regarding printing my poster. He was super helpful and I would absolutely utilize the services at this store again strictly because of his expertise.

I was disappointed because options were not presented to me. I believe the team member made decisions based on his level of knowledge. I ended up paying 3 times more to ship my items versus the amount that was paid originally. The team member did not weigh my items and after I shared my concern regarding the price, I do not believe that the explanations were valid and appropriate for a cost...
