It can be slow at times but, they are helpful and professional. I'm never dissatisfied with the service. Parking is always an issue. So, it is a place of last resort at times.

I usually don't write reviews but I hope FedEx is reading these. The last 4/4 times k have been here there has only been one person working. Shipping, pickups, copy center, other services. A line of people. One person working. Absolutely ridiculous. Luckily the person working has always been nice. That's the second star in the rating. There should never be less than two people working. So bad.
