I shipped 108 boxes for my conference at the Atlanta Hilton. Junior provided exceptional service for both the delivery and the pickup of these boxes. He was professional, moved fast and was great at communicating.
Cody is a fairly new employee and he did everything well, including explaining all the options of my print job. He was very courteous and professional by calling me sir and articulating his responses very clearly. He also sought out my feedback before he trimmed each side of the printed paper.
When I arrived at this location I was in hurry, Cody and JR both greeted me and assured me that they would have me out in no time. Cody was very helpful with my file and explained about the different paper types which I ended up going with his recommendation of executive paper for my file.
First of all the MANAGEMENT at this location is extremely helpful she went above and beyond to help me.. Jhamari ran from one hostel back to hers just to get the correct fed ex 1 box o needed a larger box tvan she has and she went and got it with not one complaint... I'm so happy with the service I received... great store
Cody and Junior were the best! They helped me out of a huge bind I was in while being extremely courteous and going above and beyond. They're recommendations were perfect for what I wanted to accomplish and they took the time to introduce me to some other in store products. Why would I go to the other guys she the service here is so great
