I have been using Fed Ex to ship mirrors for over 3 years with out much difficulty. I walked into this new location because the previous location (Kenosha, WI) had rejected shipping my item (mirror). When I came into the store Necia was able to direct me on how to start an complete my project and she also helped me twice when I had additional questions. Donna was extremely helpful when I came in but I knew she would be great because the reviews said so when I looked up the business online. Over and over the people said Donna was great and helpful so I chose this location for my copies. Thank you for all of your help this morning for what could have been a frustration experience in Sunday before church.

I stopped by FedEx when they were clearly busy (post-work rush hour), and needed to get a large poster printed. David C. was the only employee working at the time, but did a great job managing the large influx of people! He took the time to help ensure my poster would be printed accurately.
