This service is full of it. I missed my package the first time due to the driver not being able to get into the building, so I called customer service to give them a number for the driver to contact me when he was down stairs. See i'm not alone in having repeated, HUGE problems with this facility. No wonder they have "help wanted" signs out front every time i'm there. How does FedEx stay in business like this?

Horrible, not even worth 1 star but was forced to rate it something other than zero. The number posted does not work, to get an answer 240264350.0. The delivery person was lazy and lied about the circumstances of their delivery attempt.

I've never had an issue with Fedex until a package I sent ended up at the Fedex facility in Beltsville. According to tracking, my package (a 40-inch LCD TV) arrived in Beltsville on Feb. 17 (somehow taking five days to get there from the Hagerstown facility).
