We had a "birthday girl," so she picked Fazoli's. Price wise it as at least 1/2 of the fancy Italian don the street, all were happy with their meal. They lived their breadsticks, & I do too, but...

The manager on duty was polite and very helpful in answering our questions about a kids eat free thing we saw on the web but wasn't offered at this store. Instead, she gave us free kids drinks and apologized. Very heartfelt apology too. Good good and only $16.20 for my family of 4 to eat!

Food was OK for a chain restaurant. Quantity was good. Selection was limited. It was clean, and quiet. I will be back there from time to time.

Not so Italian but always good. Rich and good dishes like pasta or pizza. Great tomato sauce and alfredo sauce pasta.
