I haven't been to a Fazoli's in years, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fast and hot, and they seem to focus on service more than restaurants that are similar to it (Culvers, A&W, etc.). We will be going back more often. The restaurant was also very clean, and this actually surprised me because it was kids night and it was very busy (kids eat for 99 cents on Tuesday nights I guess).

Not impressed. The restaraunt itself is filthy, there goes your appetite. Only thing good is the breadsticks.

The first time I went in there, also the last time i will go in there, I was very disappointed. When I ordered my food, we got it in a timely manner, we sat down and that is when I realized how dirty the place was. It looked like the floors were not swept all day long, grim everywhere. Usually they have a person walking around with bread sticks, I had to go up front to ask for them myself. ...
