FATE Brewing Company

Boulder's first brew-bistro opened in 2013 and became an instant favorite with 30 beers on tap and an artisan approach to food, specializing in fresh smoked meats from the Yoder Smoker out back. Pints are $3.50 during happy hour, held weekdays from 3 to 5:30. Or come for a leisurely Sunday brunch (ask for a table on the wooded back patio) and stay for the brewery tour at 4.

I had the chance to visit FATE the night before our flight back home from our family vacation in Southern Utah taking in the mighty five. The place is in a building with other small businesses and upon entering you knew you were in a more upscale brewery/eatery. Artful food and beer! Prepare to be impressed! Best salad I've ever had

We stopped here on the way back from skiing at Eldora. We stopped early evening (5:30 pm "ish") on a Friday. This place has lots of seating inside and outside and at the bar, but gets busy quickly...obviously a popular place.
There are some very unique menu items, which we loved. It is evident the Chef loves creating food pairings...

We met some college friends here and stayed a long time! Our server was great with us and never made us feel rushed. The beer was great and the food good too! We loved the chicken wings and the soups were excellent on a snowy day!

Try the Kale Caesar Salad

The beer is, of course, sublime. I had the Kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken. It was, without doubt, the best Caesar salad I have ever had. I don't know what they put in it, but it is really really good.

This is a funky place on the eastern side of Boulder. They have a great menu with lots of unique combinations. Great appetizers, salads, and burgers. Just a few small complaints made this a four instead of a five for me - we've had slow service more than once, the place is dark, and it's also pretty noisy. The floors...
