We stopped and had bowls of chowder. It was filling and decent with real clams.
The place is a funky place as is described in many reviews. The dollar bills everywhere are a real inspiration frankly. Donations to charity are awesome.

This is a little hamburger diner type of family owned place. They serve burgers, fries, hot dogs salads, salad.
The food is good, not great. It’s just a good burger in an area where the choices are limited.

11 Fat Smitty's burgers, they were fast and friendly. It was my first time, and this is a huge burger. I couldn't finish mine or my fries. It has three buns and two patties. The patties are large, it comes with bacon.
