This place should be called SLOWSIGNS not fast at all.
I should have known from the first time i walked in this location that i was about to have a bad experience. First of all who ever is their designer needs to find a different line of work. The only mediocre customer service i received was from the front desk girl. Owner has no idea how to run a business. I wish i had read the reviews...
If its possible to give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order and gave them $500 cash for the digital print signs I needed made. I go to pick them up 3 days later and they printed ALL of my signs out in white vinyl, which was totally WRONG. They screwed up the order and wouldn't refund my money and wanted to charge me an additional $516 to have the digital prints made. This is the worst...
Where to begin,
The Roswell location-We needed prints that were for our company's customer, so we gave ourselves extra time. My manager knows to give ourselves a little extra time before absolutely needing prints. With the extra time given, FastSigns in Roswell did NOT deliver. In fact, it was TWO days LATE.
