Terrible customer service

In April, we had a battery replaced in a Tag watch at this place. Two months later, the second hand of the watch started skipping, a sign that the battery had to be changed. I went back to Fast Fix at Westfield Countryside mall and the owner, who was the one who had replaced the battery, wasn't there. The person who was at this booth told us that he was just an employee so he couldn't help us....
