I think overall, 4 is pretty good. Randy is the contractor, who did a pretty good job. Replied to me quickly. Answered my questions. Whatever he promised, he did. His guys left some materials at my home. I called Randy who had guys come back to remove materials. He kept his promise. Project was done quickly, only 3-4 days, as promised.

They put everything in writing and stood by it. Worked with Randy on the project and I would rate him 5 stars (the office 3 star). Randy kept everything in line even with an issue on the demo (concrete thicker than thought delaying the demo). They sent out a worker to pull the forms and clean up afterward and did an excellent job.

You must keep an eye on them. We had debris left from a concrete truck that apparently drove onto our side yard to clean up. We did resolve the issue.

The crew were fast and efficient with their trade and Sarah did a tremendous job at getting all tasks and paperwork done on schedule.
