Rob insured my business a number of years ago, and I had a claim that happened before I was insured with Farmers and Rob's Agency. Rob was able to read my old policy, even though it wasn't with Farmers, and help me get my claim covered. I am happy that he was able to assist me, otherwise I would be out of pocket about $7000.
