They need more training

I have tried this salon three times. They do ok with my children, but when they get to me they do my hair the way that they want to. I asked them to use the thinning shears, I guess instead of telling me they don't know how, they just say OK and do it the way they think will get me out of there. I this time I have to pay again to get if fixed by another studio.
