I went in with low expectations since it is a generic type hair salon. I hadn't really heard much before hand. They started out with a shampoo but much to my surprise, I received the most wonderful head massage, which is standard and included with the shampoo. How relaxing!! If you have been there as many times as I have you'll know how good they are. The staff has been intact for years, which is rare in this business. Super services and tremendous value. Don't waste your money on the high-end salons.

Fantastic Sams isn't always fantastic YP.com

I went in the week before school and knew that it was going to be busy. When I walked in, I was not greeted other than a nod of a head from an employee. I sat down and waited 5 minutes before someone was done with a hair cut. Meanwhile 2 more customers came in and were waiting. I went up and (long story short) the lady did not know what was going on.
