Anthony was very courteous and very nice to deal with. He and his partner worked very hard, and the only reason he didn't get very good on everything is that he had to come back a second time to get a few stains he missed the first time around. But he did return and he did get the stains out. In general, I would say I am pleased with the results.

Well as far as communication and being professional that was fine. However, after they finish cleaning the carpet there was water marks visible. So I had to call them back to get that out and still after there second visit the water marks are still in my carpet. I was going to call them for the third time but decided to try and get it out myself.
