WORST Service EVER ** BEWARE ** on October 3, 2014
The absolute WORST service EVER!!! I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. We have been waiting for 48 days (8/16-10/3) for our dishwasher to be repaired. What a joke. They diagnosed the repair wrong and charged us $387 for a part that we were told would be 3 - 5 days to fix...took over 3 weeks.

Ice maker replacement and the deal was fantastic. The guy was at my house till almost 10 o'clock and worked hard to get us back going again.

Company charged me $91.49 for ...

Company charged me $91.49 for a water inlet valve for washing machine that was listed for $26.50 on repair clinic website and $10.50 on amazon. When I asked for refund between double the $26.50 ($53.00) - a fair profit for them - and what they charged me ($91.49) - amount $38.49, they refused, offering instead a $20.00 credit on a future repair. This is, in my judgment, an unreasonable reply...
