OH MY GOD WHERE TO BEGIN!!! This has to be the worse practice I have EVER seen in my life. How is this place even still in business!?Forever wait to make an appointment, forever wait at appointment. NO HELP FROM ANYONE once you leave the facility. They took LABS and I never got results and they had to poke me 4 times before they got blood and then TIA the young lady's name yanked the needle out...

We made 3 appointments just for a follow-up and each appointment we never even got to see the the doctor. Our 1st visit was very pleasant and Dr Mitchell is truly a great provider, however her office staff is HORRIBLE! My niece has Medicaid & has lost both parents so we thought because of the Dr's compassionate attitude this would be a great fit.... I work in the medical field and I truly...

I have 2 children that go to this office. We see Dr. Mitchell, and she is wonderful. She's very caring and patient with my kids. With that said, no matter how amazing the doctor is, her office staff are going to make her look bad.
The waits are extreme, an hour plus even with an appointment. That alone wouldn't be enough for me to leave.

The office staff needs improvement. I called at 8:00am when they opened and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes! I needed to make a same day appointment and when I finally got someone in the phone was told they had none available. Which seems unbelievable.
