Staff very professional. Service was top notch and the wait time was reasonable. Looking forward to getting my new glasses and see the difference. The doctor was especially friendly and informative. I would recommend him highly.

After I posted a lukewarm review of Family EyeCare, I received a call from Dr. Ross, who helped explain my contact lens prescriptions that had confused me on my previous visit. As always, he was very helpful and assured me he would place the order for my lenses himself. So I'm a happy customer again, as I usually am. It's encouraging when a company actually listens to their customers' online...
