You have been diligently perusing the repair of this problem and the owners claims of repairs are obviously false, what you need to do is give the ag's fraud dept in your starte a call for advice in most cases you can submit a writtten complaint to them and send a certified copy to the business and that will get them on the ball.

I have asked the company many times to repair the problem which they insist they have but it continues to shut off while driving and loose all power including steering. I have gotten computer diagnosis reading from a reputable Cadillac dealer and brought the findings to the dealer and again he says he fixed it when i asked for the repair work order as to what was done he has not produced any...
