My husband and I have lived at falling water with our little girl for a little over a year now and absolutely love it!! Grounds are well maintained, community is quiet, neighbors are always nice and courteous, plenty of parking, and the staff is super helpful!!!! The location is great as well. I have been living at Falling Water for over 2yrs and I love the area. It's quiet and my neighbors are courteous. Coming from Tonti to 1st Lake has it's downs. 1st Lake bathrooms are in the bedrooms. I don't like company walking through my bedroom. Tonti would change light bulbs, smoke detectors batteries, spray for pest weekly, change out broken appliances etc. with no problem. Falling Water...

I am very pleased with Falling Water. I love the location and how clean the property always is. My sweet doggie doesn't like anyone but adores Derrick (spelling). Go figure!

I am 100% pleased with Falling Water apartments. The Property Manager and Maintenance Man (Jeanette and Derrick) are friendly, responsive, and professional. The units are clean and the grounds are always well kept. The apartments, and the area in general, are very quiet, and are also conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, drugstore, coffee shops restaurants, and a gym....

We lived here from 2011 to 2013. We moved away for a year but moved back in 2014 because we liked this quiet, gated community. The new manager, Jeanette, is a complete sweetheart and makes sure everything gets done. Derrick, the maintenance guy, is a strong handy man that makes sure every residents apartment is on tiptop to their living. Very excellent and prompt service with everything here....
