Played this course for the first time and I'll never return. It's a huge rattlesnake field. Even if the course was free it's not worth it. Do yourself a favor and pay $50 to play golf club of California.

All in all, this golf course is slowly dying and it seems the staff have no intention of repairing it. Give them credit for at least making the greens semi-playable, but the fairways are so dead, you can actually leave a trail of dust behind your cart if you golf on a hot and dry day. The tee boxes are not much better as it took me a little while to find a spot soft enough to put my tee into...

Course is being left to rot. Any shot a tad offline is a lost ball. Fairways are unwatered, uncut, and ragged. Rough is overgrown and untouched. Course is days away from being closed or sold, or sold and closed. Dont pay more than $10....unless you dont value money. Horrendous conditions.

I hate seeing courses go under and this course is one of them. It's sad cause the course would be a nice challenge with the layout, however it's going to take a lot of water and maitaince to get some grass out in fairway and to make those greens roll more like a 10-12 instead of a 0 to -1 like they where that day. The golf course is locking of maintenance since the course is looking for the new ownership to take over. The fairway condition was very bad.

The small, residential community of Fallbrook is an ideal place for golfers to practice their swing in a peaceful environment. The par 72 course is 18 holes and over 6000 yards. Seasonal rates are charged. The golf club has power carts and clubs available for rent and hosts a restaurant, snack bar and golf shop. It's a golfer's paradise without the high-brow attitude.
