Pros: The Pastor "quotes" lots of scripture.

Cons: They're just not visitor oriented at all. Been in the ministry for over 10yrs... I'm sad to say they are average when it comes to being aware of visitors; Being genuinely concerned; Being friendly.... The pastor Tony never one time in over 6 months of regular attendance in a church of aprox 125+ came over and said hi? Actually, I never...
