If I could give a lower rating I would. It took a month to have our toilet replaced. The cockroaches here are massive and come out in swarms in the summer time. All flooring and mantels are uneven...

I have lived at the Fairways for 2.5 years and I absolutely love it. Amy and Amber are the best! The apartment community is quiet and our neighbors are great. We even had a neighbor by us a baby gift and we had never actually met them. Great People, Great residents, and fun pool parties! I would recommend the apartments!

I lived here a couple of years back with my ex-fiance and if my current fiance wasn't such a pain, I WOULD DEFINITELY MOVE BACK! It was so quiet and had somewhat of a homey feeling. As a child, I grew up in nothing but homes and I thought it would be a little harder for me to adjust to an apartment, but these apartments eased me right into it. I have lived at The Fairways since February! I love it here! Amy and all the office staff are great! They take care of problems very quickly! I love my neighbors! Parking is fine! If I had a complaint it would be the exercise room! It needs to be 24 hours and larger with more equipment, but I'm not complaining because I walk and swim for exercise! When my lease is up I will renew!
