Late concrete strength report

Fairway Engineering LLC was hired for the Concrete Strength Report for DWSD Project with Ric-Man, Santos Cement.

As a stakeholder and property owner, the communication to receive the test results was much delayed. It took about 12 days to get the report for the 7 day test. I hope their 28th day test doesn't get delayed.

I hope their communication improves.
