Check in was friendly, efficient and quick. Room was clean- a standard Fairfield Inn room. Breakfast room was well maintained. Nice selection including eggs, two types of sausages, fresh make-your-own waffles, fruit, cereals, yogurts, baked goods, juices, coffee, etc. only issue was that waffle maker needed some lubricant so that it could more easily revolve.
Pool area looked good but...

Great Stay The Hotel, Wonderful Room, Excellent Breakfast And Wonderful Staff, especially the front desk manager Carlos. The check in process was very smooth and efficient, he made my entire family feel welcome and made sure that we knew about all the amenities that Fairfield, and Springfield as a whole had to offer. He is an asset to the comany.

We stayed recently while in Springfield. The property was as expected for a Fairfield. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the speed of the wifi. It was extremely slow. It took several minutes to load a page. I finally gave up. I would have purchased faster access if available, but that was not an option. We will probably...

We stayed here with our 2 boys on a trip to visit family. The front staff were very efficient and helpful, we were given our choice of floors and had a 2 queen room. The lobby was clean and comfortable, elevators quick. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The room has a minifridge, which was nice....
