Close to shopping and services, but a poorly managed hotel. Confused check-in reflected poor training with a staff that ignored loyalty gold status with no promised "best available" even tho the place was half empty (it's becoming the exception when loyalty preferences are acknowledged at these small hotels -- except at the Hampton Inns). Check in was quick and easy. Staff in the afternoon was very pleasant. Room was clean and furnished nicely, but very small. Around 11:00 pm I was woke up to the whole room shaking. While heading out west we stayed one night at the Fairfield. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was extremely helpful. No sooner had we gotten to our room and the front desk was calling to make sure that the room met our satisfaction. Very nice touch.

Nice hotel. It cost me just 15,000 frequent stay points (per night) and fifth night free, yea. If you are planning to stay four nights, check to see if five nights is the same price. That's what I did and decided I might as well take an extra vacation day.
