Very expensive! Contact exam 75.00 first for the Contact visit plus doctor exam plus a test they claim insurance doesn't cover that my has been covered in every visit I've had in every eye visit for the past ten years. Another 150.00 exam and if you want to change your contacts another 150.00 cost. They tell you that they are scheduling you for a follow up exam and then charge you for a 150.00 exam. I had catarac removal surgery and lens implant surgery on Monday. I have almost perfect vision in that eye. I just returned from my retina specialist and he said Dr Hawk is an excellent surgeon and he gets an A+ for this success.
All was handled efficiently and professionally!

Dr. Hawk is informative, understanding, and the kind of doctor that you want to take care of you. He answers all questions and takes all the time that you need even if his office is full. (Dr. Hawk did cataract surgery for family member)
Yes this is an eye doctors office and patients are given eye drops that take time to work. Some patients may see that as waiting to see the doctor time when it is time for the medications to work. We get the best care with Dr. Swanson and Dr. Hawk. Their office is friendly and quick as possible.

Parking is probably the biggest issue at their office. ...
