Facets is an order by mail and return endeavor. They arbitrarily took $250.00 off my CC to reinstate me for another year AFTER I selected a month-to-month plan.  Then they put me on a 2 at a time deal instead of a 4 at a time, which as a Patron member I am entitled to.
