Awful customer service. I paid for airline tickets in full and found out from a family friend that my flights had been cancelled and the travel agent from Sun Travel never even bothered to contact me and inform me of this cancellation. I understand this agency can get pretty hectic but the agent I dealt with never returned any of my calls and finally decided to help me when I requested a refund.
