That $200 sale would have made Wal-Mart maybe $20.
1 game being stolen would cost them $50
Yeah the math here makes sense.
And every store has this same policy. Gamestop didn't hand you the games did they? This is a silly report. You hate Wal-Mart and just wanted to trash them. Grow up.

In some stores...

In some stores you would have been thrown straight out the door.
It's in a locked case for a reason. If your not done shopping, don't come pick out items. There is no reason why you can't pay for a few games and then resume shopping. Stop being ridiculous.

They don't lock up shopping either, and those cost way more than video games. Come to think of it, the SAMS CLUB pop machines aren't locked up, and no one steals those.
As others have said: No ripoff here.
Getting grouchy with the sales help does no good...
