T.K. is the reason I will not go back to this EZ Lube. He is all about SALES. Every time I go there for a simple synthetic oil change he somehow tries to add in unecessary services racking up my bill for no reason. I usally spend $70 on a Synthetic Oil Change and I had a $10 Coupon with me. He mentioned they were out of the oil i normally get but they have a different brand. Didnt tell me it cost more so when i asked for the price he gave me the print out and it read $105. Meanwhile he already had the Tech take my car in to change the oil. I had to ask them to stop immediately and that...

advertise 18.99 for oil change but then the total bill was 31.39, something doesn't add up for 4 cylinder vehicle. If you gona charge more than advertise then save your money and don't advertise. better yet, offer decent price and good service and advertisment will be done by word of mouth, reviews, facebook, etc.

do not recommend this place at all. they also want to sell you other service that your car doesn't need. I had trans service done but the person there told me that i have to change my trans fluid becuase of the mileage not because of the dirty trans oil. it is a Joke

After my negative experience, I did, in fact, go to RB Oil Change. What a difference! No pushy upsell. That's the place to go.
