Rude, overpriced shop. The antithesis of customer-friendly, and they've apparently never heard of the concept of customer service. They are perfectly nice prior to taking your money (and lots of it), once you've done so, they treat you like garbage.
Stay away!
I've gone to this location for years but recently had a very bad experience with management increasing the price of my frames after order placed ..... not giving receipt which was my fault for not insisting and not crediting me on a cheaper exchange pair of frames. Total nightmare and they deal with you in that manner with a straight face as if it's OK. I will never go back there again.
