The staff here is not good. Customer service is not very good. The facility is not very clean. I would not recommend this place. I will not use them again.

The administrative staff at this location are incompetent. Because of a billing error to my insurance that they made, it has taken me months with my insurance to fix the error and get reimbursed fully for my glasses. If Monroe Eye Care Center's Staff would have billed my visit correctly then I never would have had any of these issues with my insurance. I did enjoy my visit with the doctor, but...
