Long waits for service; bored, indifferent & incompetent staff. Will NOT ship contacts to your home address-- you must go back to the store, wait half an hour to be waited on and maybe, just maybe, they'll have your order ready. I've been there several times & keep thinking they can't ALWAYS be this incompetent-- WRONG! Now they've lost my order that I prepaid for. They promised to call me...
They advertise 2 for $99. However, that is just to get you in the store. Be firm as to what you want. They will convince you that you need more and it will cost you.
