I am not sure what any of the other reviews are talking about. I have been a patient at the Eye Gallery since 2000 and everyone there is great. I have seen all 3 doctors and have nothing but nice things to say about them. The staff is always friendly, always greets you when you walk in even if it is busy and the staff has been the same for years which is great because they get to know you. Yes...

Horribly rude staff!! Not informative, not understanding, seem lazy. No one greets you when you walk in nor do they try and accept you if your a few minutes late!!

Rude staff...

Dr. is not so bad, but most of staff are so rude, never kind, never say sorry, never explained what happened to my order and delivery..... I always feel discomfort....

I went there for the first time to get new contacts, and after they mapped my eye and a machine told them exactly what my eye was, I had to go back 4 times before they got it right. I have been to many eye doctors, and have never experienced even having to go back once to get it right. I won't be going back.
