Fast and complete recovery of my relative's acute conjunctivitis. Excellent treatment in an emergency. Dr. Popel and Wilmington General ED rescued his vision in 1984. My relative swam in a pool that was not maintained well. They took photos of the membranes that covered both of his eyes.

They are horrible. We had an appointment at 9:50 am and it took them over an hour before they saw Maranda Donnelly and we are still here after 2 hours and she has still yet to see the doc.
