Minus a star.For some reason I have been called twice now about a scheduled appointment that I never setup as I already did my routine exam recently. I told them the first time that I did not book it, so it should have been taken off the schedule then. Strange situation to say the least.

Rude! I had ordered contacts, and they ran my card. Apparently they called me never got a voice mail called back to tell them my friend was picking them. They told him my card had declined! I have used doctor B for over 20 years and, as a result of moving my residence, my drive to his office takes over 1 1/2 hours. Dr B. and his staff always provide great service. Their use of the latest in technology ensures that you are getting the best in eye diagnosis and care. I highly recommend their services.
