Well to start, I live in Chicago Park. I have a direct LOS (line of sight) to the tower in Colfax. I was told Id be averaging 8 megs per sec. Well that lasted about 2 days. Just moved to Squaw Valley and needed fast internet fast. Neighbors had Exwire and recommended it highly. Everything went smoothly from first contact with sales team to Installation to a nice follow-up call I got. Words cannot explain how frustrated I am with Exwire. Horrible download speeds. Nothing close to what I signed up for. I was completely ignored by customer support (never returned my calls or emails.) Had to track them down just to get lame excuses. Save yourself headache and go with Satellite internet.
