Juan A. the assistant manager is awesome. Excellent customer service skills. He takes time explaining all the rates, increases (and why), procedures. He took the time to show me all of the 10 x 10 that were available. I was able to pick the best one for me.

This company is a joke. Get you in and next thing you know is there increasing your rent more than 30%. Go else where for sure.

I used Extra Space storage in the past and did not have a problem at that time (5855 W Centinela Ave 90045)). So I decided to use them again.

My problem is:

I moved all my stuff out on a Sunday. While moving out I noticed green and light color mold / fungi on several items. Plus the unit smelled like mold. Unfortunately for me I moved out on a Sunday when the office is closed. I called them on Monday (the next business day) and of course the manager is not available until Tuesday. So I call today (Tuesday) and the manager of course still is not available. The guy states the maintenance...
